WHEE, christmas is coming....

My birthday is coming!! I am so overjoyed, hopefully things do turn well on that day.
I think I have put it a lot of effort into planning. This includes sending out invitations, booking the room, ordering the food and etc. I forsee that the night will be chaotic but nonetheless I pray hard that the SUPER SMALL room can accomodate as many people as possible and the resedents and staff will be kind enough to tolerate the high noise level.

The three NO's

1. I am honest and I am gonna say this, I HATE to recieve teddy bears as presents! I have asthma in nature and i can't tolerate any FURRY nonsense. The fur just makes my nose irrtated, causing me to have breathing difficulties.

2. Next, buying of display sets like PHOTO FRAMES, FIGURINES etc...
I don't fancy having all this to be displayed at home because it just collect dust at the end of the day. So, what's the point?

3. NO FLOWERS. My mother just dumps everything away after sometime. She claims that flowers contain pollens which I am highly allergic to. LOL.

Yeap, thats all. Anything other than the top 3 NO's. :)

Like what i promised, i am blogging more regularly.
I have officially stopped working at PCF on 18 November 2011. Was busy chilling out with my fellow colleagues this week because Parent-Teacher Conference is over! It's a day worth celebrating for especially when you struggled to stay up late for the past few days or even weeks just to finish the children's portfolios. I must say the conference was a success and as usual, parents have queries about the child's language development. I am glad I could handle it myself. It's an accomplisment somehow, to be able to talk to the parents and handle them professionally. :)

I am so FREE now, ask me out please!! OR intro more jobs to me please!!

Besides hanging out with my fellow colleagues, I got to work for an event on Friday. It's a Durex event, nothing sleasy and nothing revealing. This is one of the better events I have ever worked because of the job scope as well as the uniform provided. Ultimately, the best part is, I dont have to wear HEELS! TOTALLY SAVED THE CHORE OF STANDING LONG HOURS!!!! XD
I had the opportunity to see some of the mediacorp artistes' appearance. I also saw Janyssa and Tommy as well. What a coincedence, i mean how frequent can one get to see their friends in a private event? hahaha.

Don't be surprise, I am still in SCHOOL working on two classess' portfolios. I am kinda distracted by the work on my table that I decided to go back blogging again, at least for now. Let's see how far i can write..WHEEE.

Yesterday was a holiday, in lieu of Hari Raya Haji. I had the urge to go roller blading and so, it took me two hours to prepare for the day; That includes bathing time, make-up time and travelling time. Being so enthu, i went to rent the skates from Inline Skating at ECP. Of course if you ask me, i seriously don't know how to skate like a pro but i have the willingness to learn and try. So off i go, totally have no sense of direction and totally no idea if I will love skating. hahaa, it was damn joke though. L said i looked wierd when i skate, especially when i kept swaying my hands left and right. BUT who cares? Everyone has their own style of skating right????

I think i have 5/5 perseverance. I rested less than ten times, cause i was really determined to finish this difficult race. In no time, (HAHHHA, three hours in fact) I reached back the destination. Seriously, when i got my feet out of the stinky skates, i felt so OMG RELIEVED! Its like your legs can finally breathe. The happy thing was i finally got the momentum, like the rythm when i skate. The terrible thing was, i sufferred really bad bruises (Is it like some post learner syndrome??!)

End of story, In conclusion, I LOVE SKATING. Am very sure i am going to get a pair of skates in near future to practice skating. :DDDDD

Had been really tied down by work in school and also work at DC. Tired until no one's business, especially when you still have other commitments. I have to work, as I gonna rely on my own pair of hands to work my way through this period. ( I HOPE I WILL HAVE MORE JOBS COMING IN, YES i am a workaholic)

Its August. Time really flies. Just a short update about my life, I have just completed my 6 intensive weeks of my degree program. I believe enrolling into Wheelock Degree was an awesome choice, did know new friends and most importantly, it opened up my perspective towards the field of early childhood. My capacity grew larger, and am looking forward to more challenges ahead. :)

Went to NJC's alumni choir at RP with Sophie and Aishan. There were really quite a number of people at the cultural performance theatre. On the " Menu", it had array of songs, from as old as " YE LAI XIANG" by Fei Yu Qing to as hip as "Faling for you". Frankly speaking, I am not someone who appreciates music but after i attended this event, i realised music was not as boring as i thought it was during my secondary school. I used to be a choir member in the past and i didnt like it, bcause of the long hours of training. Also, I find it meaningless and a waste of time because no one recognize my effort. However, this event gave me a nostalgic feeling, there's actuall people who loves music as much as i do! :) 4 stars for this event!

My big day is gonna come, right after 4 more months. Excited? Yes, i am sure to invite many of my close friends. WOW. EXACTLY 2 months away from this blog.

I have officially graduated from NGEE ANN POLY with a diploma in EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION and LEADERSHIP. Am highly satisfied with my results, considering the effort i have put in. Been contemplating over my degree course and finally, i have decided to go all out for it.

Just a little update of my life. Am currently working in a kindergarten as a pre nursery/Kindergarten 2 form teacher. Although now i hold more responsibilties, i feel a sense of fulfilment and accomplishment. Its my second month, seen children and parents of all temperament, gone through long hours of trainings and lastly the really tiring QRS period is finally over for me!! Teachers and the environment is good and i guess i am adapting quite well to it. CHERRIOS!

Haa, as to why i am so busy cause recently i have been taking up extra work on top of my current job till i have totally no time for my close ones. MILLIONSZX APOLOGIES. Wish i have more personal time for myself really soon. :)

Okie, i have to hit my bed really soon. Tomorrow i am teaching the LOTTO GAME to my group of toddlers and parts of the car to my beloved kindergarten 2s. The parent of K2 is driving down her car to show the children. I am so EXCITED. :):)

For me, Presentation was the last thing that happened in school. Before we go, 3a02s had group photos together and of course, we had polariods-like photos taken. I hope that our class would continue to stay in touch, be it through sms, calls or gatherings. From now on, it is a different begining for everyone of us, some may apply for degree courses while some, could be looking around for jobs. Whatever it is, i wish everyone best of luck in their endeavours. :) 3a02s, i will miss you guys, so do organise frequent gatherings too okie?

Just like what everyone do, i am going for a graduation trip pretty soonnnnnn! :) Its going to be in 1 month time. Since last september, i have been looking forward to it. Now, its coming true and this is my first ever graduation trip with my friends. Anway, i will be staying in Bel resort and spa, in a 3 bedroom suite. :)

I am not trying to be complacent here. Its true, Friday was really tiring! I was home like 4 plus, close to 5am on Friday. If you follow me on my twitter, you should roughly know what exactly had happened. Then the next day i had to wake up at 8am, left house at 9am. Spend my entire day rushing places to places, from cg to service then to a dinner invitation at Ubin Seafood Restaurant till 11 plus. However, i wasn't at all tired on Saturday. I think i should give credit to God, he gave me strength to pull through the whole day.

Last night at Ubin Rest, i was very privilege to have dinner with my friend and her relatives. SERIOUSLY, i never expected it because i was only told to have a dinner, with the thought that it was just a private talk with her mum and my friend. Her mum was really nice, and even requested to be my Godma. :) Having a Godma was like one of my casual thought i had when i was in secondary school. Never had i expected that it would come true one fine day. Yes, show you my friend and my Godma..

Went to 15 degree marina club @ sentosa. Yes, its Jody's 21st birthday!!
Fantastic place accompanied with fantastic food.
Now it keeps me thinking on how i wan my 21st be like?

A brand new year, a brand new start.
I know roughly where i am heading now, at least for the next two years. It may not be a very bright future than many of those who are going to start entering the workforce, obtaining their very first salary. However, i choose to stay firm that knowledge cannot be brought by gold as it takes time, sometimes years to be cultivated. This would remain as the dream i have in mind, to complete my degree program within the next two years. :) I used to have a vague dream since i was a teenage, about me being able to travel aboard, to somewhere really far. Though i have no idea where would i go, i believe strongly that this would definitely come to past. Yes, indeed it will, very soon.

After i graduate, my next dream is to start applying for SOT. I think it is time for me to commit to God's kingdom, to use whatever i have to serve him, for his purpose. :) Expenses wise, i believe it would come somehow, not through the reliance of my parents but myself to achieve it.

For this year, of course i wish to excel spirtually as well as in ministry. I believe for open doors to come, to lead me to my goal. :) Also, i believe many will rise up to be future leaders in the cg. I don't know about you but i really love to see multiplication in the cg. When there is Multiplication, it shows more leaders are rising and the cg is growing. Just like what CHC always wrote in their past bulletins, cell groups are growing smaller as they get bigger. :)

Tmr's a special day. Because its the PROJECT ORITZ! carrying out an orientation with the " new teachers" is definitely a brand new experience for me. I am going to be leading one of the games section. By hook or by crook, i shall wake up early, be there early to help the deco team in their decorations. :) 3A02s! we can do together, as a team!Wholesome!

I am back for the christmas festive season! Whoos
After coming back from a short holiday trip, i felt so refreshed on the inside. The mood to blog is BACK! :) Had pretty loads of time to rest, enjoy the scenary. Of course, my apetitie has grown! I ate more than i could imagine, be it Fried rice, Kway tiao, wan tan, ban mian, you tiao, chocolates & kfc! More importantly, i am glad that everything is going on well. Just hope that my Grandpa would be healthy soon.

Something turn out unexpectedly. One bus ticket back to Singapore was wasted. Spent close to an hour persuading my sis to come back but she refused to. Nothing could move her, not even yummy gummy sweets. we had no choice but to come back ourselves this time. She has to be responsible of her choice and decisions she made. I dunno how she is going to come back, but definitely, it is not going to be easy on her. Maybe, she may not even be thinking of coming back to Singapore in future. Who knows?

I am glad i am home safely. Reality is, assignments, tests, projects, iep still exists! I still need to plan lesson plans, still need to carry it out during my holidays. I just wish Santa can help lazy bum with it. HOHO!! I smack myself real hard, this time round i got to buck up and finish this amazing ultra phenomenal race. :)

Its christmas season now, i haven really had the time to shop for goodies. Not trying to find excuses but it was true that I was in Malaysia for the past few days, burden by issues going on around me. Still, i promise i will get whoever presents for whoever ,whatever, whichever. Its a promise! :)

Tomorrow's my birthday, i am not that excited for it though. Neither am i prepared for it. Abit tad sad, my sis isn't in Singapore celebrating Christmas & birthday with me. I really miss disturbing her! As the year is coming to an end, i am happy that i have known many of my friends who stayed with me through thick and thin. They are the ones who endured many of my nonsense, my laughter, my stupidity, my temper & my tantrums. I am even more honoured to those who would be there to celebrate my birthday with me, showering me lotsa lotsa love, care and concern. Most importantly, i am happy and delighted that i share the same birthday as the Saviour Jesus Christ! :)

Its about the love, not the presents. :)

I have been away for over a month.

Many things occurred, mostly things that are pleasant. :)

14 october 2010 was my coronation night. :) From this contest i witness the value of friendship, who is really there for me and who is not. I am glad to see my close friends and my mum there for me, supporting me. Even those who were not around, they supported me via voting, or through little actions such as printing an A2 sized poster for me. :) BIG THANK YOU GUYS!

To those who ain't aware of the results, I got a subsidary award; Miss Photogenic. :)
I really never regret joining this contest, though it has taken up part of my time and finances. In return, I had a group of close friends whom i know frm the pageant and i gained experiences which not every girl can get easily. Some commented i can't make it for any awards, but how would even one know if they have not TRY it? I am glad i truly listened to my bestie, who supported and signed up for me. I have prove you girls wrong by winning myself an award.

(Right now, i am admiring my sash, balloons and flowers :))

After which i was busy with the International idol night. :) The dance, the helpers list and the management of the whole event was exhausting. My life evolves ard school, practising till late every night and then head home. There were totally no such thing as: personal life. Finally our efforts never come to waste on the night itself, we made it and were invited by the director to perform again during the parent seminar. :) I think ISC people really rocks hell lot!
Before i forget, Teresa from HMS won the idol night. Congrats!

I am freed from childcare duties. :) Well, i wasn't that happy working there. The problem doesn't lie with the children,the staff, the cook or even the boss. You try crossing out all the possible people, and you will get what i mean. I understand how important staff relations are, you never know, the reason that cause you to leave could possibly be the staff. :) Food for thought. Right after i thought i am jobless, another door opened for me. :)

In my mind, i keep thinking i want to work! Like to try every different job, and i realised, the question is do i even have the time? Especially when i am in the midst of a competition and also having the need to undergoing some slimming program. I did explain myself when i was there, but the lady just tell me, you got to firm up your thighs.. etc. oh well. does she even know how warm it is to spend half an hour sitting inside the " Army Tank" that make me sweat alot alot?. :(( arghhh. i have second session this friday. oh, save me pls!

Was at g1 race event. I wanna ride on the buggy ride, bcos it seems so cool to be the vip of the day whereby there are staff who drive you around the race track in that. Apart frm these buggy ride, I had my fun with other girls in the lounge, not to mention, the food and cocktail is fantastic! :))

I went to fish spa @ Kenko marina square. It feels ticklish when those little fishes came in swamps, biting my skin. whoo.

I have no idea why am I sitting here, blogging. It was definitely something i did out of the blue, because i am feeling really down now.

I know i am neglecting this space for a few weeks, don't know whether are there even readers who are interested? Perhaps a few, not many. I know this space is getting more boring than ever, even with or without pictures.
Same goes to the tagboard as well. I guess there seems no life in it. I am removing it soon, cause after all i don't see the point when no one tags me like how it used to be.

Deportment class 2010. As usual, i had to bring my own heels. Think my group is the most "ON" cause we even bother to meet up before heading down together. Reached there and expected everyone to be ready but I was wrong! Some of them were still on their way, i guess its perhaps the training started too early and that many overslept.
Anyway, i was sponsored a Facial session by Genecia Luo. :) Gonna try their service and blog it down to let you guys know.

Tiring and exhausted, thats what came across my mind. However, i love the camwhore sessions we girls had.
We learn to work in teams and apparently, my team wasn't as united as others. Well, we came out with 10 sister poses and showed it to Ivy. After which, we were taught to stand and walk at two different occassion. In one occasion, i embarrased myself though, when the music suddenly changed to slow and soothing. Anway, we are supposed to walked according to the music. Self introduction was another challenge for me, not at all easy to do public speaking in a proper manner. After all, I learned alot and am going to work towards that.

Today i received many gifts from the children and teachers as Teacher's Day presents. My first ever and its quite alot for part time teachers like me. :) Super elated and nothing could describe how i feel though. Gonna blog with the pics soon! :)

The one day agenda: Studio shoot> Video shoot> Emcee-ing for an event

Studio shoot today, it was at first exciting. Slowly, it become a bit boring. Then by the time most girls have left, it become exhausting for me.

Make up artist and Hair style artist were doing their job at the same time. I feel tense after half an hour or so. I was asking myself, when would the guy finish the make up? He was taking his own sweet time, drawing my eye brows, applying eye shadows and eye liner till i nearly doze off. The product turn out really nice, i believe its true cause some of the girls commented they like my make up. The person threw in purple, pink and a bit of brown to gave the tropical feeling. The colours are picked based on the fruit Mangosteen. I agree that my eyes look so much bigger after the eye shadows and eye liner.

Bikini shoot ( Blue and hot pink), followed by video shoot and then lastly cocktail shoot. Valerie borrowed her Victoria Secret shimmering gel that can make your body sparkle like stars in the sky. Haa, i like it seriously and its cooling. :)

I NG-ed so many times for the video shoot! Luckily, the person shooting me was my secondary school junior! Rather embarrassing, as i wasn't able to recognise her. :) I am concentrating on what i want to say!

I cant see the photos, neither can i have a copy of the studio shots. So sad.
However, i will upload some informal shots i have with my friends soon! :)

I got food posioning after eating the food catered by ALPHA. The feeling is terrible when i woke up in the morning. In addition to that, i had diarhheoa for 4 times. Up to date, my stomach is still feeling grumpy, feeling pricky.
Oh no, i was asking myself, how could i " kena" such thing again?! On the contrary, I guess God has been good to me, I prayed before i ate and thus my symptoms was not as worse as others. Just fyi, the worse case happened where one of the members was admitted into hospital. Thank God I am still able to move around, going for castings etc. :)

This is my 500th post!
I am so sorry for not updating regularly! ( Promised the next entry would be filled with pics)

I just handed up assignment and my practicum booklet to my lecturer. This is the longest assignment( Mind you, is 4ooo words) ever and the most tiring one. Well, i have finished everything. Am so going to declare that i am a CONQUEROR!

Overall, my 7 weeks of attachment was filled with ups and downs. I basically love the children , teachers and my mentor there. Not forgetting, my attachment partner MEI XUAN. We shared our joy and sorrows together. Sometimes i find myself stucked in the middle of some obstacle and she was there to removed it away! :) Thanks babe! Haa, was asked to go back and work BUT am very reluctant you see, cause it is going to be hectic for me.

Was helping out the national event. I think the children look really cute! A simple obstacle race such as running, picking up of balls will never be that interesting unless you see how they stumble over things but still able to get up on their feet, laughing to themselves. Children are always children. They are so pure, as transparent as water; You just can't compare it to adults. And i packed goodies for children. End up, my mentor stuffed me with packets of jelly and my favourite Super Rings, Twisties and many many more! EVerything except my favourite snack: GUMMIES :)

I am in predicament. Should i go teach in Little Talent or Whispering hearts? Both invited me to join them and i was a little reluctant because once i join either one of them, i have to forgo other factors. Whatever it is, i have promise little talent that i am going to help them TEMP and once i have to work, i will not be helping them.

Upcoming event is a magazine shoot and the deportment. I am currently looking for stilouette and cocktail dress but I FAILED TODAY. Hopefully i can find them all by this week, hopefully.

Prayer's meeting is going to refresh me both spiritually and physically. I got to make an effort to sleep early so that i can wake up early the next day! MUST cultivate good sleeping habits! :)

Have been hanging out with friends everyday. Just get to meet J, A, D, L on different days.

Tmr i am meeting the SML's! Whoooo! we are hitting town!
I still got so many outings on the list! SIA's, T, K, C etc.

BUT first, i want to meet my siao char bo first: MEI HUA!

I am taking sometime off to blog.Its gonna be a long post. :) ALL about FOP and attachment.

The first FOP has just passed swiftly. Via tweeter, some people wrote that 1500 people were turned down, That practically shows how overwhelming the crowd is this year. Once again, this year its held in Singapore indoor stadium, Pastor and the committee board members always thought of something creative every year to surprise the crowd. Every year, the performance is just so impressive. Holy spirit is so tangible despite the big ultra spacious space. This event is just like a church worldwide gathering.

Attachment is going to be over in like 4 more days time, I suddenly feel that 1 month seems so fast. Think it is because of the work i do everyday, practically i feel like a maid in the center. On the other hand, the center seems like a second home to me. :) I enjoy talking with the teachers as well as my mentor. Though at times, i am ignored/ forgotten etc, i believe she is still caring towards both me and my partner, Mei xuan. They are very friendly, not to mention the times we laugh together after listening to what they share about the kids. Also, my mentor allows us to eat the center's food including TEAbreak. I am always using the center's materials, including tons and tons of laminating sheets and i-dunno-how-many watts of electricity usage for the laminating machine. Even the take home activity kit and brainstorming etc, she helped us in thinking of ideas, solve ways where we can get our feedback etc. My mentor is also like a helper sometimes, rendering her help to cut things for us.

Even the cook, aunty Pang. She is so awesome! She allows us to eat practically everything! HAA. The children, though sometimes i feel like snap their necks off, they are still adorable to me at times. I guess its children's nature to run ard, have fun and past the day just like that. I am glad to see my children growing from one stage, from unable to utter words, to the ability to utter words.
For instance, there is this malay kid name syamsul who couldnt utter much words when i came in. However, after a month later, he could say " I want, I dont want". Once in the library corner, i was busy looking at the other children and did not notice that he was slapping my thighs. He say as he slapped my thighs repeatedly: " Teacher, I like you, Teacher, i like you." Another malay child, Ariq who had the same problem when i first met him, now is able to call and remember my name! These are instances where i witness that children are developing and growing and this puts a smile on my face. :):)

Its time for me to sleep. Thank God its Friday. :)

Alrights, i have a busy week! Besides attachment, i am busy with an event. To be more detail about this upcoming event, the theme is "DEAD". I find this pretty interesting because no one has even used that theme yet. The hairstyle i am having will be called the " hair up". Jia xin explained that it is something different, extraordinary. :D

Recently,I was in the SOE golf club event and got to know some of the girls! They are all outspoken and beautiful. The 12 finalists, we are going to stay till October for the final contest! During the distribution of the goodies to the golfers, we girls were slacking and exchanging our bb pin! In fact, we peek at what is contained inside the goodie bag. Anw, just know that to support or to attend the event, cost a lot alot. haha, whatever it is, finals going to be held in PH ballroom. :) a clubber's venue?

I wanted to blog a lot of things. Suddenly, i don't feel like it anymore.
What a whirl.

Just a short update before i leave this space:

Attachment is getting me busy busy and busier each day. With loads of work undone, i am praying hard i can by hook or by crook get it finished by this week at least. On the other hand, i miss my cg peeps loadsxyz. I didn't see them for cg and in service. The feeling is like the missing piece. Got t catch up with them soon, at least by this week.
French speaking test just got over. Being the last team to speak, drained up all my waiting time. Next, is the written test. Wish me all the best and PRAY for me. Thanks felicia for your encouraging word. Thanks bestie for yr encouraging message. :)

Lastly, i wanna end my post by saying, there is no forever good friends. Cause i believe everyone lead their lives differently and will meet different kinds of friends, be it good or bad. It is only after 20, 30 or even 40 years of our lives,when we looked at the friends who stuck with u through thick and thin. They are the ones truely your good friend, true friend! :) Look at the bright side of life! This good friend of yours will not be always your good friend forever!

Caught Eclipse today! Was amazed about how Jacob and Edward went all means and ways to protect Bella from Victoria the vicious woman, who is totally upset about how Edward killed James. I think is totally unfair to rate it one star for this movie. Yes there is a lot of dialogue in between the movie, but towards the middle of the story there are thrills here and there to stir up your interest up again. Seriously watched it in the theatres! Say NO to piracy, cause the sound systems in GVs or Cathay are way way better. : D
Oh before it slipped my mind, i rate it 4/5 stars/popcorn/ sweets!

If you find that i am not blogging as often or that my post is not anymore lengthy is because i am in the midst of attachment. And also the upcoming projects and events i am held up takes up my personal time with my loved ones. :) On the other hand, i feel that it is always these events that will keep your life fulfilling! I dont know why but always i love to help out or organise my own events. When you witness the success of the event, u will feel a sense of accomplishment. Not only that, u experience something which can be a useful skill for you in future.

Talking about that, AR bernard's service was just ytd. I am impressed and impacted by this sentence: Growth is a process that comes with sacrifices. Every growth is experienced on levels and its taken on my stages. Sometimes process may be painful and tough, but at the end of the day, it does brings about good benefit to your own development. Take for instance, I may hate correcting some of my bad habits but at the end of day, when u successfully get rid of the goal, yr character deepens and matures :)

Lastly, i am going to get busier and busier. For those who knows why and what and am reading my blog, please do keep it low first. Until i finished my first event, i will revealed it on my blog. :) Cheers. I am not alone and that i got company. I feel so much secured now. Looking forward to the event.

Every year, June i must say, has the most number of babies! This month, i guess there were about 6 people's birthday. I was in all the celebrations. Some of the birthdays burn a huge pocket in my wallet. : ( Some people may ask how i get my blessings. I believe is because of the people who exist around me. It is like whenever i need some form of help, there will be people with me, at least most of the time (: It can be counted as a form of blessing from God.

This year's father's day what did you guys do? I recieved a msg regarding honouring our parents and to show our love to them. I am not close to my Father, as such, i know little things about him. The only thing that came across my mind was DURIAN. I hate durians ttm, and its always the smell that makes me want to puke. Nevertheless, i choose to surprised him with durian Pancakes despite the smell that can make me puke any moment. In the end, he ate it. Though he never say anything but i can see he is very glad that i do so. (: Sometimes its those little things you do to your parents that will make them smile in their hearts. It doesn't have to big. Just a hug or a peck at the cheek can make your parents feel so loved. (:

Ever since i posted the photos i took during photoshoot. Everyone asked me, ARE YOU A MODEL? Maybe as you are reading this, you may have this question in your mind too. I am not a model and i dont think i am qualified yet. Its not my dream but if i am given an opportunity, i do not mind being a part time model. In this modeling industry, things are competitive and complicated. Is only the toughest or the prettiest will survived. I guess, i still like to be a preschool teacher, more down to earth i guess? This is what i am currently thinking.

As for why i take this photoshoot, is because of an interest i guess. You would love to have people who can promise to take pretty pictures of you right? (:

Now it is 3.15am, and my eyes are still...WIDELY AWAKE. What does this means? Something i should be proud of? I think today's storm was a hot topic every one was talking about, be it on FB or on Twitter. Anyways, i am active on twitter most of the time, so if u wanna know more of me, do follow me! (: West area seems pretty fine today, not much floods and slight drizzling. ( Ard 12 plus)

Holidays are here but i have so much work to be done. Its a pity though that while others are enjoying, i am mugging for my 5 activities to be done. How worse can it be? (: Still, i love children and this shall be my motivation to complete my tasks. I BELIEVE I CAN, thats the motto everyone should have, isn't it?

Anyway, i caught the " The A team". Its an action cum comedy movie. I rate it 4 stars. Its all about the mission of the 4 people. I believe there are not much of action packed movies that thrilled me so much and at the same time, make me laugh. Go catch it!

Two days has passed, and it has.....EXHAUST me out totally. From the time i entered the class to the time i knock off, i practically have not much time to rest. I was busy trying to settle down the children. I AM SERIOUS. I was practically like a maid than a teacher. The whole afternoon, I was asked to do the following things: feed them during lunch time, hold the water and milk bottle for them, after their lunch, i have to wipe the table and sometimes, mop the floor. When it comes to shower time, i have to undress them, and bath them. Following that was the sleeping time. After they sleep, that was the only time i had time for myself. After the children wake up, i have to wipe the mattress, front and back then place them inside the cabinet. All in all, it is so tiring! I am still trying to get used to the routine there.

(I believe N1s should be given time to eat themselves rather than teachers feeding them. This is so conflicting with what i have learn from infant and toddler behavior. Also, they should have self help skills and not always rely on adults. ) bahh, nvm. since i am attached to this centre, i should ADAPT to it.

Am glad about something, my mentor! She may look fierce and she does shout throughout the day. BUT she helps me in my work, and plan for us to make sure we score for fp. Not only that, she requested that our reflections have to be marked by her before she give comments. I saw my senior! She was my foc gl and so surprisingly, i saw her working there as a teacher after she graduate! She is really helpful and she gave me some tips in how and what to teach this challenging class.

Apart from the environment, i thank God that the teachers are nice and friendly. All in all, i hope that i can get used to the environment, to the cleaner, to everything in the centre. LOL.

I had a good news, i got a job during the holidays. Its a super slack-er job and only requires me to make phone calls. (: (Don be mistaken, its not telemarketer!) I am going to spend my time away by bringing my school work there to do. Super flexible! wheee.

Phew, i guess i have penned down my thoughts and feelings.

#1: I have successfully completed my one 1800 assignment. My brain is filled with the term bullying, types of bullying and consequences of bullying. Rahhhh.

#2: Tomorrow is going to be my first day of attachment in Little Talent. I am looking forward to meet the teachers, children, parents and my mentor. I will remember what Juliana say, Its all about relationship with one another. (: This semester seems to finished swiftly. One more 3900 assignment, and i will be free from semester 1!

#3: Also, i have been preparing logistics for this week's event. Its going to be so happening! (:

#4: Asia conference ended not long ago and aftermath, this attack came. I have not commented on this, reason being i think it is a controversial issue. There is no point arguing or commenting because i believe that the truth will come to light soon. I will continue to keep the church and Pastor in prayer and that the public would stop their accusations.

I have decided to abandon my Digitial camera for a DSLR, because DSLR image effects is really chioo ttm! (: I tried it during cg fellowship and the effects came out pretty nice. I want to start taking pretty pictures with friends, family and my loved ones! I am waiting for my friends to upload those pretty photos. WAHHHH!

I had an outing with rou2! (: This is so gonna be the last outing before my attachment starts. Am happy, got quite a few tops and bottoms at really cheap prices. In addition, i saw the crop tops i have been looking for so longgg! BUT sad was, i never buy all. : ( Had my lunch at Arnold's, their signature dish, spring chicken. Its loaded with litres of oil that it irks me so much that she has to finish it up for me.

Next target: rompers and high waist jeans (:

Am glad that last night orientation was a success! Filled the whole theater with about 100 people. I was surprised that 50 people signed up for the BBQ event! This shows that, I have the gift to convinced people to come for the bbq event (: Ended the event with me packing back all the Oreos. (: One thing, i like to speak with a microphone on. It reminds me of Ms Eliza giving lecture!

This weeks is less taxing, so i am able to blog more. (:

Asia conference is just around the corner, I do hope i can skip my lessons just to go for it.On the other hand, next week is the last lap before my attachment starts. In other words, i cannot afford to miss any lessons.This is hard to juggle with. : ((

Recently, i have thoughts about my ministry racing in my mind. I cant decipher whether am i really in for this ministry. Only after ytd, something someone told me strike me hard. That is: You will never find joy in the things you do unless its what you are passionate about. I asked myself, was children what i passionate about? or was i treating it as a stepping stone? Now, i have come to a conclusion. This is for me to know and for you to find out (:

Attachment is starting pretty soon. Despite hearing negative comments about the centre, i never give up thinking positive. I will keep carrying that positivity until i enter the centre. I believe that my mentor would be great to work with, and that the n2 children would love me. Like what i haven mentioned earlier, i need the "passion" juice. Without it, two months there is equals to twenty years there.
I gave up a 600 bucks pay job during holidays for a 800 bucks per month childcare job. I believe i am on the right track of life. Not going to waiver unless i cant enter uni.

Sometimes, i need to make wise decisions. I heard of more negative than positive comments about my friend. I was asked to kept quiet about this since it is supposed to be kept a secret. I dunno if i should tell her cause she is my good friend and that it may affect her somehow? I think people should not scrutinize others unless they are that up to standard. This is so tough, i rather not know in the first place.

Had two job offers, but i just killed it with a gun. BANG! Because of restrictions, no time for it.

Ever since i got my blackberry bold, i have not been that active in blogger. Reason being is because i start to tweet/ fb everyday with my bb and to me, blogging because unnecessary. I always wanted to blog and update frequently but never had much chance to do. I am busy, or rather, i am plain lazy.

BBQ event is postpone to next Thursday and have yet to do orientation slides. Am hoping that the event will turn out a success.Its presentation! so nervous about it.

School's timetable seems fine. With Wednesday by free day, i get to rest and go out with my friends. Great is that, i just finish both of my assignment, totally stress free! Year 3's workload has been rather light for me though i have just handed up 2 assignments this month.

I feel that this semester is fast! first week of June i will be heading to my attachment centre and am only to come to school probably for twice or thrice? Then, my semester ends. Awesome! (:

I lost my wallet recently, am feeling super upset. Thank God, i have friends, friends who are there for me when I am down. Please, some goo heart-ed person out there, u can take my money, but return my cards please? : ( in need of cash. Needs lots of blessings. Anyone keen for it?

Food! Also, I get to mingle with juniors who are one to two years younger than me.
I stayed inside the loft, and was priviledge to have the whole room to myself and gui ling!

School's starting next week, Monday. I was texting Gui Ling just now and we were moaning about the timetable. It is like so good and so too not good.

The great thing is i get to end sch at the latest,4pm, unlike my last semester, i end like around 6pm? Additionally, my wednesday slot is free. BUT, my french class starts at 630pm. How great is that man. :(

My predicament tells me that Monday is going to be a fast paced day because i have totally NO lunch breaks at all! I MUST and will bring in snacks in class because i totally have no habit of eating breakfast unless mum prepares for me. This is so unfair because even when i attend the vacation module from 9am to 3pm, i get to have 1 hr lunch break.

Did you notice some pattern in my timetable? Haa. Monday and Thursday starts at 9am while Tuesday and Friday starts as late as 11am! ahhaha and then, i can go homeee! : D so weird to come for two hr lesson and u can home sweet home.

In conclusion, i still have to go to school everyday! ahhaha.

I think I always have good timetable except for year 2 semester 2. This is so because ever since year 1, i always got one day free from lessons or i get one day free from lesson during even weeks. Great right? : D 2A02 rocks! : D

I miss my school mates, the times we always stay outside waiting for the lecturer to come, rush school assignment, have class activity and the class outings! I wonder who will be the next class rep and module rep! : DDD Looking forwarddddd!

on a side note,I am watching qian xian. Now then i knw we need camping license before we can pitch tents otherwise if caught we will be fine 200$. : D

ave been really busy this 2 weeks i supposed?

Let me start from 30 march, I went back to school to attend my last Business vacation module, Business and the Economy. It lasted for a week, including taking break from 2 days of weekends and 1 day of good Friday. The time span was pretty long from 9am to 3pm daily, including 1 hr lunch break. After lesson, i had to rush down to centre to teach till 7pm. On Thursday, i had to rush for dance classes and only able to reach home like 10 plus? Life is seemingly pretty hectic for me.

I was pretty amazed by the fact that for that one week, i was able to reach school at 9am and my transport was Bus, Bus and BUS! This is rather unusual as I am one of those who loves to dilly dally. I have to thank Samatha too cause she drove me twice back to Jurong ! I really envy her that she was privilege enough to get her OWN car! Mind you, her Dad has his own car too. : DDD

Adding to that, i had like two projects and two quizzes? Kenneth helped me with my economics. I am really not the very econs person and it took me quite some time for me to comprehend it. Thanks Kenneth! Also, thanks brother who contributed by lending his notes. : D

Upon completion of the course, I went back to centre to teach. And guess what? Tomorrow is considered to be my last day teaching. I really miss those N2 children!! The teachers as well as the supervisor kept hurrying me back to teach again after my Year 3 graduation. well, am still pondering what I am intending to do in future cause I have many thoughts in mind, for money or for passion?

My time spend from 15 march to 15 april was really memorable. casting aside the tons of lesson plan i have to complete, I get to mingle and learn from those experienced staff. I think it will be put to good use when i enter year 3. Am hoping to come back during August term break! : DDD

I think i really love my centre!
Except for the food and the space organization. ( if i could propose...)
The colleagues were really good, they give me appropriate feedbacks and suggestions on how I can improve on my teaching. They even invite me back to teach in future. Am considering! : D

Today, One of the N2s children who always give me problem every single day did something before she left.
When her mother come and fetch her, she gestured and so I lean down and asked," what?"
She replied: " I want to kiss you, teacher shannon". I was so shocked!! She kissed me on my cheek and hug me saying, " I love you teacher Shannon."

This is really the fun part of being a teacher.(: When children come to me, thank me, it shows me something. That is, i play a vital role in their lives. It is surprising. Unlike just a typical office job, it is so much routine-d. You don't see praises or affection come that easily from people. Instead, sometimes, you may find yourself being the topic of the " Gossip of the Day".

I have been teaching the N2s how to write the letter A for a week. It is not easy and it sounds pathetic that until this age, they still don't know how to write. After using up so much of my energy teaching them the strokes of the letter A, they finally know how to write. So accomplished, really!

I am so sad, i have to be away for a week for my business diploma plus. :/

Oh and dance was much better today. Am able to catch up at least.: DD

I need to sleep. So late man!

Haa, pardon me for not updating regularly. Reason being because i am busy with work, outings and also many other commitments.

Yes, previously last week there were many things going on which cause me not to reply many of the tags, be it on Fb or in the tagboard. I am really sorry people !

As a student in NP, you people should have gotten your results. I got mine too and was elated! ( If you want to knw, do feel free to pm me ) : D. I did progress and I am happy with my effort, at least everything was proven. Am very upset that, however, about my cumulative GPA. That is because it pulled my cumulative gpa down. Haa, whatever it is, i still feel happy. I am really surprised. This semester, 8 modules in total is actually the toughest and hardest to score. Yet, I manage to progress and did better than expected. PTL!

Moving on, i have just spend 1 week with the children. They are really irritating at times, especially when you have to managed the tough ones. They dont listen to you, maybe because iyou were not nasty and firm enough to them from the start. So, i have to resort to the old method of mine. hee. I know it is bad, even i myself feel bad at times.
Reason why i treat them this way is Because children there were not disciplined from the start as such it was tough for me to make them listen despite being firm. However, through means and ways, i succeed. After just two days, they listen and behaved themselves. : D

Friday, i went for Linda's BF ( xi kun) birthday. We had our usual catch ups and talk. It was really fun and enjoyable. Bet for more in future! : D

Just to end off, i went vivo today! Caught a movie called The book of Eli. I called it air-Li but the actual pronunciation is e-lie. haha. I ate frozen yogurt from YIGOLOO, basement 2. I think it is really nice because you get to mix 6 different flavours and have as many toppings as you like, only at the cheapest price of 4.50! And the concept, the ambiance is like a place of a house. For every 5 chops u get, you will get a complimentary yogurt for free!

Just a short post i will be blogging.

Camp at Ak was great. I feel like being part of the AK family. (: Its like when you go there, your mind gets even more positive by the day! I met certain challenges esp when it comes with dealing secondary 1s, I am loss! Loss not because I don't know how to discipline them but loss as in how can i do to catch their attention. One thing, they are very intelligent. Second, they are very naughty and inattentive. I curbed it and one thing i have learned, look forward! (:

In conclusion, i want to go for more camps! Think its cool, esp when u see those students graduate from the camp. It is like an accomplishment and an even more sense of pride when they come to you and thank you for whatever you had done for them. Good job Sec 1s! (:

Furniture fair! Yeah, its only the first day and I dragged my feet out of my comfort bed when the clock strikes 6am. You have to wake up even earlier then usual esp when the venue between workplace and home is as far as mine; Expo and Boon Lay. : ( Haa, however, JU Twinny spiced up my day! We had nothing to do so we actually chit chat, sit on the chair and also imitate those "america" slang!

Since it is furniture fair and oh mine, forget to mention, it is an INTERNATIONAL one. So definitely, there will be traders over the world to come to trade, buy or whatever it is. Admission is only by tag and i feel so privilege to work there. I get to talk to those Germany Colleagues of mine, enjoyed the sandwiches specially delivered from Delifrance and also, try their drinks; champagne! Many benefits i must say!

Mine, i must say, their Germany Keyoad is so much different than Singapore's Keypad. I had so much difficulty typing in the details of those traders. "Q" i typed until " A". LOL. Luckily, Ju was there to help me, read out again and again!

Second day is coming ahead; TOMORROW! Excited what to wear tmr; black and white? Haa.

Botanic Garden & Service

Saturday Service was a blast. i must say, it was one of the times where I really teared so badly. The Sermon which talks about the meaning of the holy spirit, was not something new to me at all. Whereas, this sermon was one that renews my love for the holy spirit, making me yearning it more and more. Towards the end of the service, my love for God was renewed once again.I agreed with what Pastor had said, the ones who stayed the longest in church are usually the ones who lose fire easily. This is usually because they worked very hard in chuch, committing most of their time and energy.Thus, it is important that they always renew their first love with God. He also shared his story, way back before the Holly Wood days. It is awesome to know how far the church has gone till this date. (:

Of course, we were told that there will be small little changes in the Cg. I hope it will be good news. Many of the people were pretty upset about the " Hint" . It is a painful decision and of course, I believe Marlin had gone great lengths to save the situation. I also felt upset about it though my face don't showed it.I hope in future, we will still get to stay in contact and bonded!

I love working with Felicia, she is really one best connect group leader who had often offered me support and encouragement during my exams and never fails to put a smile on her face. I love praying with her every week, every night. To Felicia, I love you wo de Qing Ren! (:

Sunday, I went for camp Briefing for Deyi Secondary School. This is the first time, i get to work in camps. I love camps experience as I get to meet new people and make new friends. Also, it trains my leadership skills. After the briefing, I went Botanic Gardens for a little Picnic session! It has been so long since I went Botanic Garden! Many changes were made there and it is really a beautiful place for Kite flying!

My first ever experience with the children at the Sentosa! It is really tiring trying to manage their behaviors. Nonetheless, they were a joy to me! Haa. I love working with my attachment partner, Farhana as well as the other Agape Teachers who were friendly and helpful! At the end of the day, we even got a Mac treat from Ms Angela, the principal of Agape little uni. It seems that we have stepped into this Agape family.I think I would not mind to help out again! (;

Been away for two days.

Life is still fine with me. I have quit the job and I believe its good that I come to this decision. Mum's on my side too, thinking that I am still not up to such tasks yet.

I caught two movies recently. One is percy jackson and the lightning thief & the little big soldier. Haa. I find Percy Jackson and the Lightning thief worth the money because of the fantasy stories they have incorporated into the movie. I find some scenes rather amusing. For instance,( for those who have watched the show) since young i am a fan of Hercules. Inside the show, merdusa body was in a snake form but right now, it has evolved into human legs. Its kind of paradoxical though. Other than that, the scenes make my heart skipped a beat, especially during when Percy jackson was on the verge of death. Haa, luckily his Father came to the rescue! (: Watch and i promise you that you will not regret.

Little big soldier, i find it a little boring. This is probable because i dont fancy war shows. What I love about this show was that Jackie chan's Perseverance and determination. That is what i can describe this show overall ba. I love his moves especially and he is excellent with all his small little tricks. In the show, there are some scenes which can make you laugh just like how i laugh at Jackie Chan's Act- to- die method. Haa. Have to watch!

Well, this friday, i am off to an excursion with the K1s, k2s and N1s. We are going to three places.lunch and tickets are provided. I really miss the children in the centre and i am glad that my mentor was kind enough to invited me to go with them. I got to penned it down in one of my entries as my first experience with the children to the Excursion! (:

Exams are over and i am looking for jobs to at least keep myself occupied. Please recommend me some good jobs over the holidays!!

I am starting to cultivate the art of reading! Gonna share my review to you guys are after i completed reading it. (:

Exams are officially over! My heart is filled with excitement and full of anticipation for this day to come. Well, to think about it, this semester had passed really fast. Phew, and guess what? Another year is waiting for you! However, I am still in the midst of this job which i just started first day and what i felt was not freaking cool but freaking bad. Boss really expecting too much and standing is really boring. Many more problems which i do not feel like elaborating. Perhaps if you asked me, i would tell you more in detail. (; Looking at the bright side, this job is a freaking GOOD pay job. Yes, i am serious.

Moving on, I thank God for finances. As many know, i never went back to celebrate CNY this time round. Of course, financially i am rather tied. Additionally, the worse thing of all, my ATM card is confiscated by my mother. Yeap. But I was blessed in many other ways. Like getting ang baos from job places, having fantastic treats from people. I count all these little blessings of mine which i find it rather different compared to previous years.

Yes, just to update you a little of my plan. I have always wanted my own bank account. I mean soley under my charge and not my mothers' charge. But i heard a minimum of 500 bucks is needed to set up another account under another bank. Haa, i have been saving and guess what, i am half there i supposed? With my work and all, i think i am able to get quite a sum of money. This will definitely be enough to pay off my BF! haa.

I have always wanted to learn dance as many know. Its totally for leisure, so I have no intention to sign up for classes in school. Haaa, guess what, my dream is fulfiled and abt 1 month back then, i took a step of faith and really go down to the place to sign up for classes. Its commencing in march and i think the price is totally worth it. Whats more, i got additional free mass class by the instructor. Haa. Totally anticipating!

My month is packed with activities. I feel that its getting more and more meaningful each day. This year, I don't have much time to laze around, stay at hme and rot. Whereas, i have lined up of activities waiting for me. This includes my Business module which is finally the last module of this year! Not only that, i am having French classes.

Also, this year October will be the wheel lock application. I do really hope i have the opportunity to get it to at least get a degree first as a stepping stone to my other interest or degree too. Man, its like 80 places i heard? Hope they will really opened up more of that and I am really praying hard to get in. (:

Above photos are taken at The Jewel Box TOILET at Mount Faber. Haa, only reserved guest are allowed in. Man, their toilet is fabulous! Its ranked 1st best toilet in the world, so if you got the chance, drop by at The Jewel Box! We got there through Bestie's car. Its good to have a car with you especially when you need to travel up the mountain. Even when there is no car, its can be even tough to flag a CAB! Walking is even worse, can walk 20 mins before i reached there. (;

Anyway, i dined at Jewel Box before( a few months ago), it is expensive( $200) but worth it considering the ambience and the quality of food they served. Man, i don't mind working at Jewel box cause the words on their "tag" is made of crystal bits which i find it very exquisite and unique. Situated right at the mountain top, i bet you will not want to miss the beautiful scenery which you may only see it once in a blue moon! (:

Just a little update of my life. I went for to AMK police station just yesterday, Monday. This is my first time i get to have close contact with police and they appear to be pretty friendly too. I mean, they really smile and chat with me.

O, Don't judge just because i say i went down to the police station! Of course, my face tells it all, do i even look like i am some criminal? Yes, I did not commit any crime. It was just there to assist their investigation against this particular man, TAN ENG HUAT ( if i am not wrong). Personally, I sympathize those victims who are cheated of money and some, sex.Their age ranges from as young as 15 years old to 20plus.

Finally, i am glad that this MAN is going behind bars like after so long? Do take note of the recent newspaper because his face will be there quite some time! Most importantly,i hope i won't have to testify in court.

Today spells the last day of CHN lecture. Can you imagine, Mr Philip brought us 4 boxes of pizza per class? Man, there are 8 classes in total, imagine how much he spends? Thats not the point! Personally i really enjoy my time with him though it is only once a week. He is really a good teacher who can even incoporate some hip hop dance moves into nursery rhymes? HAHA.

Oh ya, i must mention this, i have signed up for classes and will commence in march. : D Spend 200 plus but i think it is totally worth it, at least i put what i said into actions. : D One resolution down.

I am so happy that i have survived these three weeks. Now, I only left with the two assignment, EC and IT : DDD

I really have not been hanging out much with my friends. After these assignments and exams, i am sure i will indulge in some form of treats. : D

New year is approachinggg. : ( This year, I am spending in spore and the sad thing is, I have no relatives here!!! Sighs, staying at hme and MUG for my exams that are coming up on 19 & 22 Feb.

This monday is the last Fp session. I will be missing the children so so muchhhhh! Haaa, I love them through they always give me problemmmms! A group is made up of many people with different strengths and abilities. However, once a group does not work well together, teamwork becomes weak and a certain goal may be even tougher to achieved.

That goes the same for me. However, I realise, it is starting to become more frustrating.

Happy New Year! 2009 has been filled with ups and downs. I have experienced many breakthroughs upon breakthroughs, witness visions and dreams coming to past. I want to thank everyone who have make a difference in my life be it little or big.

For the past few weeks, i have been rushing assignments and thank GOD, this week is e learning and also the start of my holidays. (: Apparently, the entire week, I only have an average of 3 hrs sleeep per day. Its only like today, then i slept about 12 hours?! LOL.

I am not yet done with my assignments. While others are done with the first half part of semester 2, i am still stuck with my IT assignment. Luckily, sam was willinging to give me extenstion. I am thinking of rushing the video by this week and be in time to submit once the 2 of my team mates are back. Right now, the plan is that, i change some parts of the video into the way i want it to be and of course, i do have friends who are kind enough to hep me too. (:

On friday, I was walking home when i saw Xavier. Of course, i was excited about him getting his car license, so i agreed to the hitch ride with one of his friend. The ride was fantastic, never would i know that i am able to sit inside a car with the average speed of 160km/h. Accompanied with the music, it was a beautiful match.He drove past Lim Chu Kang, and to many other places and then to Kranji reservoir. I am just like a frog in the well as i didn't know of such beautiful places in singapore. We sat there, star gaze and head back to jurong. Man, i love the sky. because its really dark, you can see dozens upon dozens of stars. Its definitely an eye opener trippp! (:

Its just like 11 days and would be my birthday! I am pretty excited as birthdays are usually once in a life time. Furthermore, my birthday lies on christmas day! Haa, on top of rushing assignments, i am also busy making handi crafts for my mates as a little christmas gift for them. (: I have so much plans lying just next week, so it means, i have to rush my assignments soooooonnnn! BOOS that.

I have many things i wannnnnt and i am hoping this years bdae would be as surprising and even more fantastic than last year!

Wow, it has been a pretty tired week for me.

Just hear me out:
Its disappointing especially when you want to excel as a group but yet there are people who don't support you morally. Instead, they keep disagreeing rather than hearing you out. It just makes me shut myself away from them as I feel that since my responses are not valued, so why even bother in the first place?

and they are just caring about themselves, not cooperative at all.

Its so obvious that there are 2 different groups, 2 different thinkings. I tried to accommodate and include them but i doubt they do so. I want to have a change of group, but it seems that there isn't any place for me. I am not trying to be negative, its obvious that no one's interested.

I seriously cant take it anymore. This week i am flooded with 2 assignments and 1 oral test and next week, worst of all, 4 assignments and 1 test. I don't know how am i going to complete all these when I still have other commitments in life. GOD, stretch my capacity mannnn!

Monday was really a bad day for me. It was a lesson learn and and i think i was brave enough to accept the fact and even share it openly with my peers. Not bad oh.

I feel that i have little choice to what i want. My high tolerance level for people seems to send signals to people that they can push their limits. Frankly speaking, its considered their luck that i did not flare up. The whole point is, who even wants to work with people of no responsibility?.It just irritates you somehow right?. I bet most people feels the same, definitely.

GuiLing and Aishan going Vietnam for 2 weeks. I am going to be so lone-out. Raws Raws Raws.

My leg's on the way to recovery. Right now, there is no scars yet, just redness in my skin. (:

I don't know how or when but i know, by hook or by crook i will finish everything by the deadline. French was pretty bad today cause I almost doze off in class. I started attendind class since 9am sharp and end my french class at 8pm. Classes supposed to end at 4pm but because this friday is hari raya, the tutorial is pushed to today from 4pm -6pm. then after 6pm is my 2 hr lesson.

I feel that whenever we do, we got to learn to stay positive. Just like previous week, Rev Casey Treat talks about not always CNN( Constantly meditating on negative news) but turn into meditating on the positive ones. We got to find our core strength and build it cause thats the area where we can be easily defeated. And thats where GOD comes into the picture. We need to always depend on God and not always lean on my own understanding.
well, to the people who are facing some crisis now. Even how dark it may seems like or how dim the future may be, DON'T EVER LOSE HOPE. Cause i believe somehow or rather, there are still a glimpse of hope. God has eyes and i believe he can do exceedingly and abundantly above what we could think or ask. I belive and I believe. The key word to everyhing: CONFESSS!

Back to the letter matter. I agree with Sandy, i receive a letter which its cover doesn't appear to be like NP's enevlope. Anway, i have check with my office, they said that they enrolled me into the wrong type of module thus even after completion of that module during year 1, the " Pass" is not reflected in the system. And thats why, after so long, they system generated a Failure of that particular module. SEE, even academic depratment makes mistakes tooooooo! (:

Yawns. I jus submitted my lesson plan to my field practicum supervisor. Hope its satisfactory work! (:

I am sick again, headache kills man! I took Panadol after having terrible headache the enitre day. : ( besides that, i am having bad sore throat that make me couldnt speak much. And Farhana, she kept making fun of my speech. I totally hate being sick cause i have to eat those medicine which taste awful like anything.

Yeah, you are in the right page cause i just revamp my blog. (: This time round, i got the skin from blogger but didn't make any changes to it cause i don't think i have the time to do so too. Anw, if you do follow my blog regularly, i always wanted to change skin long ago but couldnt have the time cause i am jus plain lazzzy.

Now my assignments are piling up. I need motivation to do my work and not be distracted in Fb, msn. I got exactly, like 6 assignments to do? And i am only done with one assignment. So bore out. And and and, my lesson plan, its hard to plannnn!

I have been distracted recently ever since school started. I need to get back on track and not distracted anymore. I need to aim for a higher GPA!
Besides that, weather is really bad recently. Almost every afternoon, it rains and i have to bring along an Umbrella everyday. This means i will have a heavy bag load. I hate rainy weathers as it just make me feel hot and cold at times. Boos that. :(

I recieved a letter that was mailed to my Dad. It was a letter from my school. Yes, when i first know about the news through my dad, i was shocked. I thought it was because of the classes i miss due to the fact i was sick or because i am late. I went down to HMS office to clarify matters and to my horror, my module ( SNW) was marked failed during my Year1, semester 1. Worse was, I didn't knew about it till like recently and now i am year 2, sem 2?!! Man, luckily they mail this to me cause otherwise, according to what the management says, i maynot be able to graduate as i have not attained any credits for my SNW module.
Whats absurd was they enrolled me to another type of SNW module not the ech one. Its so complicated mannn.

The Journey into the Dark

You begin your journey into the dark in a group of around eight people. Everyone in the tour is given a white cane.

The journey begins…

First, to an open park with plants, benches, and a fountain. The sound of birds and water completes this invisible landscape.
Second, you will board a boat, you sail down the Singapore River until you reach the city.
Moving into town, you will have to navigate a typical Singaporean housing estate. You will come in contact with the ATM machine, the door bell as well as the "market place"
Not only that you will also face challenges like crossing the street through the noise of traffic.
The tour comes to a close as visitors are led to a coffeeshop, still within the darkness. Here you may have a drink and chat with your guide before ending your journey.

I love the part where i get to challenge myself in buying the drink from the cafeteria. Before heading for the trip, you ought to bring just a few bucks( $2-4$).

Today, i went in DID( Dialogue in the Dark). I think its really a privilege that i can get to go in for free when the U.P cost 20 bucks. Its totally pitch black inside and my tour guide for today was HANS. He's nice and friendly. For a partially blink to move around inside and even run, is incredible.
I even saw Kelvin Tan Wei nian.( Pardon me for my spelling). Its really an eye opener.

Being a blind-for temporary inside wasn't easy. I couldn't see anything at all,not even my hands. I feel like going home because it seems so scaryyyyy. All i have was a white crane that i use to swing shoulder to shoulder, trying to find my way inside the place. Of course, there were 8 other people with me and we scream, shout and touch one another like anything. LOL.

We went through jungles, city area, sat on the boat which moves like one and even buy drinks from the cafe. All these are of course artificial but it feels so reall. Don't be shock, everything's done in the DARK. Yes, pitch black and the ones who are working inside the cafe are also blind.

Moving on, i wanted to go horticulture park but because the weather turns out pretty bad thus we sat at LJS for discussion. It was during late noon then we set off.

my leg is still wounded, badly i must say.
Stress now cause my body movements ain't coordinated. I need help mannnn!

Sorry if i didnt reply your message.

Yesterday morning, i had a terrible sore throat that make me can't talk properly. It make me lost my appetite totally and for the entire day, i only ate porridge. During my lunch break, i even fell down into the drain while walking towards canteen 2. The reason why i fall down wasn't just because i never watch my foot steps but because i was feeling weak and my body is in a state of hot and cold. I can feel the pain in my joints and i know i am not feeling well at all.

After i fell down, i could not stand for a moment. I hurt my elbow, my leg( see the above picture), my feet and also my palm. Thanks to Aishan and Gui Ling who help me to the toilet to wash my wound. I tried using ice to stop the bleeding but it didn't. after an hour or so, there was bruise.For once, i feel like i am a disabled student.

Having fever& sore throat. It feels even more terrible when you have menses as well.

I am hoping that it does not leave a scar behind because i am having an event on 26 nov.

This week isnt going pretty well. I am having 4 blisters in a row after wearing a pair of 4 inch heels. I am still practicing, its tough!

My heart nearly dropped when i saw the 1.75 ladies! SO tall mannnnn. I am like the shortest?!

Its going to be a big day, with hair stylist, make up artist etc. Am really looking forward to that experience. Maybe, its a dream fulfilment too.

Harping on whether i should go for french lesson
cause i am so tired after a day at the school
somemore i hit both of my toes while walking
and it bled profusely. : (

Had classes as usual,
and i was so tired that i slept outside the sofa.

HMS leadership camp was supposed to be a 4 days 3 N
and SMs are to book in one day earlier.
Left during the third day, am just too tire out.
Felt so sick as such, book out early and yeah,
i had a longgggggggg rest at home.

BBQ session is the next.
It is a totally wholesome experience when you have people who are chefs.
steak, pork belly, salmon, patty etc. are all seasoned food
Just feel more sinful after that.

Wants to dye hair but couldnt.
or rather i am only allowed dark brown?
Shop at faceshop and got myself some masks and nail polish
Electric blue, baby blue and nude colors are my craves now!

Am selected to be the game companion
the toughest and the most tedious chore.
Good thing is, i may have chance to play tooo!
This event increased my popularity perhaps?
I am not part of MMK but still More and more friend requests everyday.

Life's going to be busy for me from now on
more hectic when school starts
French lesson till 8pm on tuesday, i need more Jia Yous.
Extra responsibilties here and there,
signalling that i should start asking God for extra capacity.

This semester is a new start for me
more books to buy, am predicting that i am going to be kind of broke soon
backache just by carrying laptops up the hill almost everyday
First day of school, 2 hours.
it would be boring without GL's company.

I am making up my mind, to quit going camps. Mum isn't that happy anymore and camps seems the same everytime. I want to be a good girl so that mum would allow me to go overseas with Deee! (: Faithhhhh, i wanna travel!

Tomorrow's my sister's PSLE, am feeling nervous for her. Guess what? I taught her science and she could understand! Hohoooo, i am a brillant tutor! Told her that if she can pass her PSLE, i shall bring her to excape themepark and movies!

My this coming whole week is packed with activities. I am spending money everyday and this habit of mine isn't a good sign. Mum's nagging everyday and i don't understand, why doesn't she allow me to travel?!!! I feel so restricted, at this age 19, i cant dye my hair, cant have stayovers, can't club, can't have boyf, cant drink, cant do almost every thing. This is just depriving my freedommmm!

I am excited for the arrival of a newborn baby! In other words, Marlin is 3 months Pregnant! Ming yao's going to be a father and the month the baby is born is expected to be the same month as M.Y! Haa, dual birthdays in the same month.

I am back from TBC and HMS pre camp.

APOLOGIES to those who went searching for me during the HMS pre camp. I know i deserve a scolding but they didn't. Thanks for their patience and understanding.

The first 2 days wasn't easy for me. The need to go TBC and then back to HMS is tiring. Overall, these 4 days were quite well spent. Compared to last year, this year's TBC was much well planned. It was the first time i am in charge of the F&B with Jane and Ronny. Night walk was spent at some forest near rifle range area while our stay was at CC still. Watched a couple of horror movies with Jane and Aizat. Played monopoly, the electronic banking version with Jie Ling and Samma. in charge of one of the station, can game. Went home with Hx. Overall, its just fun!

Had a lot of mooncakes! I love Tung Le mooncakes mannnn! I tried the baked snow skin coated and the alcohol type which are The Mung beans with Cherry Brandy and the Mung beans with Chanpange respectively. You would love it if you like to have a little alcohol inside yr mooncake. (:

Went for casting and I was really happy, I got through! First time working with Juju twinny and Co, am really excited.

Tomorrow's having some workshop, should i even go? Does that mean training commences ?

I have to book in for HMS camp on Monday. Its going to drain me out totally. : (

What i need is just the support of my love ones.

Yesterday, I was having a heated argument with my mum. I was really unhappy not to have her approval. Worse still, she thinks that i am lying to her. Seriously, i am on the verge of giving up what i wanted to do. Today, she reacted differently. Not only did she support me to go for the event but also taught me ways to make myself look great and confident. My mum even wanted to buy tickets in to see how i perform. How great, o.

I thought about it. I even go to the extend of consulting many of my love ones about my decision. Some supported me throughout while others, thought that it may be tedious, discourage me to go all out for it. Eventually, i questioned myself, ended up the decision was, i would like to give it a try, for an experience. For the past one year, i have not been daring enough due to my past experiences. Consequently, I guess its time that i step out of my comfort zone and Maximize my youth. (:

Thanks guys for your trust and support. (: Seriously, i am looking forward to the training next week prolly and of cause for that wonderful night. They say out of the 7 peepos, i am considered one of the shortest of all. Faint hearten, i feel so inferior. Faith and confidence pleaseee!

Timetable is out. Its seemingly weird when there isn't attachment for semester 2. Stress creeps in when i saw my french timetable, mondays 6-8pm. In other words, i have to rush to class straight after my lecture. I will be starving in hunger with no breaks in between. : ( Double BOOS for that.

More things are coming up now.

I am going for HMS Leadership camp as a facil. Its Double Yays alrights! It was an offer/ priviledge i got unexpectedly from a friend of mine, who kindly or rather secretly gave this last slot to me. HAHAH. Oh ya, i just check my npal system and guess what i got more cca points just enough to clear my silverrrr. I know its kind of slow, i am trying hard and there is still at least 10 cca points not keyed in! What a slow system mannn.

Seriously, i am feeling a little impatient for that application of mine. Its dragging my time and i don't like it at all. I cant plan my decemeber holis, neither can i decide for the date i am going for the trip. I feel like withdrawinggggg! Jul's yvo's not going at all!

Todays was spent at holland V with bestie, jeffrey. Tomorrow, is my third lesson for AFV! Har, don be shocked by that! (:

Its supposed to be the time i should tugged into bed.

I feel blessed, a hundred percent.

Bestie's company turn my day around. Though it had totally wear me out, i see the both of us, still at the end of the day, we were able to cheer for one another, to stay strong and not give up.

This person who calls me " mei mei " make both me and bestie laughed. To think that, i was unaware that he was actually calling for me. What a joke. They even have a different slang of " mei mei". Bestie's one is even funnier, ah hong. This is way of from her real name, qing tong. LOL. we stood there laughing.

Thanks a lot to this friend of mine, Jason. He takes care of me and always gives me encouragement when i feel down. What was surprising was, today he even kept food for me, apart from his god mum. I was shocked, totally.

It was P.p's birthday on thursday, 24 sept. Didn't know about it till Bestie told me. Movie, Proposal @ Marina Sq was fantastic. I like the storyline where how the guy, which is her boss's secretary, was forced to marry her in order she can continue to secure her job. Its humorous how both of them from just complete work colleagues to what it is aftermath, married and loving couple. Their love developed just within days spent at his granny's house. Its fast but its happening even now, in this reality.

Have my meal at marina square, went around the mall to kill time. Lo and behold, i brought clothes again. I need to control my spending esp when i am not working. Lol, went bugis brought clothes and to Iluma. Had a mini celebration with P.P, totally in love with the four leave cake. My fabourite cake you know, Choco exotic! Gosh, wholesome madness when i saw that, the crust and the thickness of chocolate. (:

We went Seoul Garden aftermath since i wasn't craving for any jap, asian or western food. Had Our own bbq session where the most i had was Jul's recommendation, Sze chuan Chicken. Must try, it taste great! Bestie is really a creative thinker, she got the staff to prepare a surprise celebration for him @ 10.20pm. Needless to say, the whole table of 4 was surprise. Cab home aftermath. Thanks Hx and P.p for everything! ( I saw the friendly stafff!) LOL.

Friday was my meet up with my beloveds, SIA'J & Y for Tomato Express. Juju twinny's Recommendation is always right, terriyaki chicken! Superb, highclass but affordable food! We chatted about our lives and wanted to go on double date. We went to walk around, chanced upon shops that are in preparartion for halloween, we then have an impulse to organise a Halloween Party @ Yvo's cousin Condo!

Shopping with MUM was like once in a blue moon. Went cck, just only an hour, 100$ was gone. Mum complained lethargic after the busy search for the right masks. Had heart to heart talk and of course, its been like dino years since I accompanied her to the supermarket. Realise, mum is actually very concerned for me, especially. Knowing that i am the one who spends the most, talks the most, fussy about almost everything, she didn't whine. Whereas, she was the one who always put the family at her first pirority where everything is solely for the sake of our family, even if she wanted that particular thing alot.

Mum is really great. Though she always nags and argues with us at times, still she would show concern to the extend, for instance, having the thought of signing my brother for swimming classes in preparation for his army life. But bro is like still in his 17-teens, JC1. -.-

In future, i will bring her around the world to enjoy life. I will. And i make sure, my future husband would pamper her just like how he pampers me.

Is it my eyes or i because i am having sleepless nights? LOL.

My day was spent at Marina Barrage, picnicky day. Brought some fooood over that was specially, painstakingly cook by me. Scalded my face, thighs, hands (especially, duhh), still, i recook everything over again when I found out that most of the food was uncooked. Heaved a sign of relief when bestie, do appreciate my effort for cooking. It was a thrill, of course, with such an inconsistent weather today but didnt stop us or rather the sweet twin love for enjoying themselves. There were other fooood, which i loveeeee was the 3 layer sandwiches, or rather, the bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, thousand island salad. Had long chatting sessions which were to me, never enough.

No doubt, it was a memorable day tonight. Thanks everyone for making it happen though! (:
